We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the capabilities of managing and analyzing data, creating Power BI reports, and leading a team of data and business analysts to provide actionable insights to support business decisions. Additionally, you will manage the architecture and framework platform and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of our data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create the vision of business-driven data and report management in Port Services
  • Manage and lead a team of Business Intelligence Analysts to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Design and maintain the backend data platform, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.
  • Develop and implement data reporting framework and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Enable business users to utilize the data reporting framework for self-service report creation
  • Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for business users.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
  • Provide training and support to business users on data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a suitable field.
  • Proven skills in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI both reporting and dataflow services.
  • Experience with ETL processes, automation, data modeling, cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) and related languages e.g. SQL, Python.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data governance policies and procedures.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
